From Student to Scholar: Mentoring Underrepresented Scholars in the Academy

This edited volume sheds light on the lived experiences of underrepresented scholars as they transitioned into their professional roles. Bringing together the stories of doctoral students, practicing scholars, and preeminent scholars in the field of education, the book focuses on the development of voice and scholarship within underrepresented populations in colleges of education and the intersectionality of mentoring.
